I love barbecue baby back ribs. You know the kind, the fall off the bone, meaty, lick your fingers kind of ribs! I love them slathered with my favorite BBQ sauce (tangy sweet with a kick) and with a side of coleslaw and beans with bacon, and a jug of my favorite soda.
That is one of my favorite meals and if I am able to eat that surrounded by my wife and kids and my friends, that is about as close to heaven as you can get especially if after the meal we serve slices (or two) of ice cold watermelon and have a watermelon seed spitting contest with the kids.

The best thing about these pictures was after they were slathered with BBQ sauce and photographed was that we got to eat them as a family! They were delicious and the kids loved them!
